I’ve been saying the same thing for months.

Trump matches up well against Hillary. He’s the “outsider”, she’s the consummate insider. Trump doesn’t match up well against Sanders. They’re both “outsiders” and Sanders is better at it than Trump.

We want the dem nomination to be a nasty, knock down, drag out war that Hillary has to use every dirty trick she can think of before she wins. The Democrat electorate has been taught to hate. They don’t just disagree respectfully with whoever they don’t support - they turn their opponents into ENEMIES who must be crushed. Bernie has played right into that anger, ginning up as much emotion and rage as he can.

A Hillary victory - where she’s seen as having “stolen it” using parliamentary/dirty tricks will piss off a significant portion of the dem electorate. Some will say “I vote Dem” and vote Hillary. A number of those folks will stay home. Another number of them will switch sides to Trump.

That’s the best case scenario for us and every day Sanders stays in the race but gains no ground is a win.

Yep - shades of 2008 - where everyone was worried about Hillary. The sooner Bernie is gone...the better.

The best case scenario would be Bernie running as an independent, wouldn’t it?
