In the Congo, being fat is status symbol because poor people can’t afford a lot of food (and independent of that, Black guys seem to like big butts), some women inject bouillon, as a suppository, due to their mistaken belief that will somehow cause their butts to get bigger. Needless to say, all it does is cause health problems.
Reminds me of that South Park episode where people started eating with their butts, I don’t know when South Park became a documentary.
