It depends on how the fed mandates business behavior.

If, for example, there are inspectors, fines, etc. for non-compliance, then those need to be rolled back.

I’m still of the mind that even without those, any fed law requiring Sears, Wal-Mart, etc MUST have transgendered access must be rolled back legislatively.

Also, I see no problem with a state law that makes each store financially responsible to victims due to any transgendered policies that they have. I also think they should make them by law criminally complicit corporately via negligence for any such policies on unique to any store.

Just so private businesses can choose, in my way of thinking. And yes, any laws immunizing them from litigation from their dumb policy would need to go, but holy crap I hate to think we are at the point where people are so dumb we need laws to protect them from choosing to be customers of these places.
