Exactly.

If Cruz does not endorse and support Trump to the fullest of his ability, and trump losses, I very much doubt many will be willing to vote for Cruz in 4 years time.

Such an action would show all Cruz really cares about is Cruz. Not a compelling case to vote for him.

I still think he can save himself if he endorses trump on or around the June 7th primary. Most folks will forget his missteps if he makes the right move and follows though on his promise last September.
