It was my understanding that a counter-suit was Whole Foods more or less immediate response. This is no run-of-the-mill hate crime hoax, it was clearly engineered with the intention of getting EZ money by means of an extortionate law suit. Da “pastor” is a scam artist. His lawyer was clearly in on the scam, and may well have aided and abetted it.
I hope Whole Foods pursues their counter-suit to the bitter end and puts his lawyer out of business, at a minimum.
“Shakedown” comes to mind.
