Hillary Clinton is a lying, thieving, bullying, dirty little snot.
Grab her by her collar. Walk her to the jail cell. Open the door. Throw her in the cell. Slam the door shut.
I think the point of why this is taking so long is this: if they put the crime family in jail, they would be at the head of the line that would go on for miles leading out of DC. The swamp would be so drained the city might actually rise a foot or two.
If Diogenes were seeking an honest man in DC with his oil lamp, he would need a super tanker to resupply the oil before he found one.
