I believe Trump's position is: Not as big a tax-cut as for other brackets.
I believe there is no Trump position yet. It all remains to be negotiated like so many other issues.
It is not even that. He said the rich deductions would be a negotiating point against the Dems, but not the middle class cuts. He never said he would raise taxes from his cuts unless he had to to get the bill passed.
