My thoughts exactly; maybe they can make invisible clothes for Emperor Maduro. Any country accepting Venezuelan paper (currency or bonds) is foolish; they may be able to trade them for Confederate banknotes or become Zimbabwean trillionaires...

Maduro stopped currency exchanges. Business had no access to dollars, therefore no way to purchase necessities.
