I do not see trump being able to make a world tour at the outset of his presidency

The demopublicans built an economic booby trap for the incoming POTUS
The deferral of any US debt ceiling ( remember when we had that as controlling authority over spending?) expires in March 2017.

When the new president is inaugurated in January 2017 he will have less than 60 days to work out a deal with Congress to keep funding the US government

At this time exoect the awful truth to be revealed aboit debt and spending under the obama regime

Exoect the democrats to be shocked - shocked I tell you - into professing themselves as fiscal conservatives who will work to sink any agreement giving trump the tools he needs to start to repair the ship

This alone I believe will be a Herculean task facing the new president from day 1.

That and rescinding federal potty orders and returning power to the states, of course

Intriguing thesis, which I agree with. I can quibble and say that I don’t think it will happen on Jan 17, but over time. I hope Donald Trump makes one visit however, to Israel. Only Israel. Then come home to receive groveling foreign guests.
