islam is the vehicle of the Arab heart, which is simply one of pridefulness on roids. It’s a centuries-long game of striving to be above everyone else, and not quitting until they are. Defeat or disrespect pours gas on their passion to be king of the rubble pile.
In the end, islam is only able to create rubble. But hey, they won.
