What you refer to as "Liberals," today, are mostly neurotics who want desperately--compulsively--to believe that people are interchangeable. They embrace the fantasy of "new world orders," as the path to world peace & some form of environmental paradise. Thus they feel threatened by any one who wants to put America & her rooted people, First. They are threatened by Donald Trump's patriotism; by his determination to put America & Americans first.
Do not expect compulsion driven fantasy seekers--fanatics, indeed--to be rational or consistent in their attempts to rationalize their "philosophy." The quest is to undermine our culture, not to debate its merits. You might as well look for reasoned discourse with a rabid dog.
