How can you say that since he rarely showed up to vote? Look at his record for heaven’s sake.

I bet many were absentee ballots, who knows when they were sent in. Cruz may have still been in the race at that point.

Just for HaHa’s..looking at the link and results. The pundits keep saying Trump can’t beat Clinton but look at the votes!
Trump shows 88,222 votes with roughly 60% of the tally posted.
Bernie shoes 19,120
Clinton shows 14,340
In a general election, Trump would take all the electorate of that state.
I’ve seen this type of thing time after time. It doesn’t happen in all states, but it sure happens a lot.
Trump shows 61.9% but his is a 5 way split where as Bernie and Clinton have a 50/50 split.
The pundits keep saying that Trumps percentages aren’t as high as Clinton’s, but that percentage really doesn’t matter that much when you have such a huge contrast in the amount of people voting for Trump v Clinton, and the fact that he’s still splitting the difference with several other contestants in terms of percentages. The other candidates didn’t get many votes either.
Looks to me like he could beat the daylights out of her in the general.

Roll their faces in crushed Cheetos?
Or, TC can start a sentence with his usual two-word start “Donald Trump.....”. Went pretty much full Jeb Bush there the last couple months.

Cruz was never going to make a comeback because there wasn’t a comeback to be made. He could have rode it to the end and still been 2nd place no matter what.
Now, as to what games his buddies will try to play....that remains to be seen.

After Trump wins the general, Beck will take credit for it. It was all a clever plan to make Trump more acceptable by having an obvious lunatic warning against him !

I have it on the best authority that Beck has shaved his head and moved south of the border in protest:

Cruz is announcing his cabinet tomorrow. So now he's got his VP and his cabinet. He's already to go, right?
Now there's just one pesky little problem....he lost.

Just have Beck declare Cruz the winner and quickly swear him in. They can have a little parade in the hotel parking lot.

sorry, I probably should have put a /sarc, but didn’t think it would be necessary. I was channelling the typical FR Cruzbot.
