“Coal country” impacts WV, KY, PA, OH. There’s the simultaneous loss of manufacturing in many impacted areas. Logically, a lot of those regions are already lost to hillary.
Doesn’t Pennsylvania mine a lot of coal? It is a swing state that should be targeted.
