My ever so late bachelor recipe for Sunday morning’s breakfast, which was so large, it provided Monday morning’s breakfast too.
Large bag of spinach cooked with 1 lb of ground lamb, and 1/4 cup of Feta cheese.
Scrambled eggs pre-cooked, then added a combination of cooked, sliced celery, red onions, and diced cucumbers, soaked in balsamic vinegar, and 1/4 cup of Feta cheese, to the eggs until done.
Toasted two chiabatta buns and slathered them with butter and grape jelly.
Add glasses of milk, orange juice and coffee... until stuffed. ;O)
