Who’d you have in mind, this intelligent conservative you suggest? I’m being serious.
My first choice was Kasich, then Walker. Both very good governors, with conservative track records. I had hopes for Rubio, who we forget was a Tea Party candidate. But, he was programed and had limited appeal. It just goes to show that having a compelling life story, being Hispanic and being telegenic alone is not enough. Of course, we should have known that all along.
Katich would be an excellent candidate, who could beat Clinton, which is the ultimate test. No one is perfect on every position, and he has his flaws. One cannot deny that he is a serious person.
And please, no flames about RINOs. Trump is a “centrist”, who is not conservative enough to be a RINO.
And... I already mentioned that I will vote for Trump - unless he picks Paul as his VP. I cannot handle two wing nuts on one ticket.
