I guess they don't want Hillary called a felon after she gets convicted...

n 2013, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter signed an executive order that required city employees to use the term returning citizen when referring to a person who has been released from jail or prison...........Liberals are so stupid and naive...

Mustn’t use the word “victim” either.
Call them “perps” instead.

“The Justice Departments Office of Justice Programs is eschewing the terms felon and convict when officials refer to individuals convicted of crimes”
Just call them what they are. Call them Democrats, Obama supporters, Clinton supporters or in the case of the particularly violent ones, call them Obama’s sons.

"Justice Department program to no longer use disparaging terms felons and convicts"
There is no faster way of getting felons and convicts out of the Justice Department.
To: mandaladon
Those are not disparaging terms. Those are status identifiers. A felon is not there on a misdemeanor. A violent offender needs to be dealt with differently than some pothead. The terms are helpful for administrative and appellate purposes.
Stupid.

A “person who commits a crime” could be a jaywalker. A felon is someone who committed a felony, not “just” a crime.
Dumba$$ liberal politically correct morons.

Justice Department program to no longer use disparaging terms felons and convicts It was only a matter of time.
It's confusing.
Can't tell the traditional violent criminals from the elected ones.

Since they aren’t putting them in jail anymore I don’t see how “individual who was incarcerated” works. How about “individual who should have been incarcerated but was not”?
To: mandaladon
Hahahaha. Why not just call them “rehabilitated”. Should do wonders for their self esteem.
To: mandaladon
Another “man caused disaster”.
