According to KCEN TV, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives blasted water on the container found just outside Rosebud off Farm to Market Road 1963. Rosebud, about 40 miles southeast of Waco, is home to about 1,400 people.
Flammable liquid and shotgun shells were found inside the container, according to Sheriff Parnell McNamara. He said the IED was designed to blow shrapnel and would have been "extremely dangerous" had it gone off.
"Someone had made this to create lots of damage and harm," McNamara said.

Why even make such an incendiary and unnecessary comment like that? Are you employed by the BATF?
Anyone who values freedom and demands competence should oppose the BATF, which stands for "Burn All Toddlers First".

Having lived in Waco and knowing the Koresh incident better than most sideline commentators, you should perhaps learn what Koresh was doing to toddlers first.
Definitely not defending them, but to somehow think that the child molesters inside the Branch Dravidian’s were not utter thugs and criminals is also short sighted. To think the ATF started the fire is also incorrect.
So what you are alluding to is that Koresh molested toddlers.
The BATF burned toddlers to death.
The Dravidian’s started the fire, not the ATF. Knowing people who were there and the type of folks they are helps. Stop buying into conservative and msm. It was no more a government operation that TWA 800 or 9/11 was.
