My local grocery store is HEB... They carry a few good flours. I really want to make your marble rhy bread, hopefully I find it there or Trader Joes!
The marble rye is my favorite too. It rolls up easier if the dough is a bit softer than the recipe indicates too. The recipe is long, but only to explain the marbling process - it is much easier than it looks at first glance.
