I really don’t like Ted Cruz but, he might do well on the SC. Having a likable personality is not required. You don’t have to pay attention to public opinion. You can write scathing dissenting opinions.
I think he’d be a fairly reliable conservative/moderate vote
The Senate might go for it in the same way that unpopular school principals are supported by their faculty when they apply for an assistant superintendent post in the ISD. It gets rid of them.

Agreed. As Heidi’s wife, the roll over carte blanche Justice Rafael would present to globalism and banksters would be crippling for America.
