From the lips of a pastor, that seems like a good thing to say. Ted Cruz’s dad is not a politician; he’s a pastor. Pastors *should* encourage biblically-informed voting.

While I absolutely agree with you that pastors should ecourage bibilically-informed voting, Ted's dad is out stumping for his son. Unless it can be shown that he engaged in the same exact conduct during previous presidential election campaigns (i.e., used his pastor position to encourage folks to vote), it's nothing more than a self-serving message.
