I don't think Ted is delusional...The new cartel which is Trump and Hillary started out as Beoner and McConnel and the Republican lobbyiests and big banks...Of course now we know that was a sham that Cruz tried to hide...
Cruz is nothing more than a GOPe tool...He's going to run it out right to the convention on GOPe money while the RNC works on figuring a way to cheat Trump out of the election and the American people out of their chosen leader...
