You ought to see it here..800 miles north of the border...Oregon is a sanctuary state. I live in a secure neighborhood, but not 1/4 mile from me two Latino gang bangers shot it out in the middle of a 4 lane highway. Graffiti everywhere, and IF you get tagged, the homeowner has one week to get it cleaned up or the owner gets fined.....
