No problem. It has happened to me when my pc is lagging behind...
***As the Daily Beast noted, This latest round of mass firings comes as no surprise to insiders at The Blaze and Mercury Radio Arts, which laid off dozens of employees last May on a day referred to internally as Black Monday, around the same time that Beck was purchasing a private jetliner and a $200,000 Maybach sedan.***
Plain broke? More like plain greedy. The arrogance with which he carries himself. He bought the hype that he was a King Maker instead of a shock jock.
Here’s a beginning:
RUBIO

CRUZ:
http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2016/03/24/the-national-enquirer-runs-story-of-multiple-ted-cruz-affairs/
“The apparent thinking was if they could get the media to pick-up the story prior to Super Tuesday, it would finish off Ted Cruz and allow Marco Rubio to win in several key elections and states.
Unfortunately, the truth-tellers ran into the corporate side of the media enterprises. Breitbart owned by pro-Cruz Super-PAC funder Robert Mercer was one of the roadblocks. The editor, Ben Shapiro, also now being named as one of the political advocates who would not allow his chosen candidate to be outed. Shapiro is also the Editor of The Daily Wire, which is also owned by a Pro-Cruz Super-PAC team, The Wilks Brothers.
Beck’s problems are more basic. He doesn’t understand business. His vision was for a pay TV service built around programs like the one he did on Fox, and his name recognition generated a promising subscriber base. But as with satellite radio, many of the early subscribers lost interest and failed to renew. Meanwhile, Beck was expanding programs which meant more staff and higher productions costs, which couldn’t be sustained by available advertising and subscriber revenue. And, making matters worse, he entrusted daily management of his company to other individuals who didn’t necessarily share his vision.
Having said that, Beck is also incredibly tone deaf. Delivering the “bad news” to employees from your replica of the Oval Office, on the same week he took delivery of a Maybach sedan and was actively shopping for a new private jet sent a terrible signal. I’m sure that some of those laid-off employees will be circulating more unflattering stories about Beck in the days/weeks ahead, which could make it more difficult to borrow more money and keep his enterprise afloat.
If Beck were serious about saving his business, he would announce that he’s not taking any salary from The Blaze and won’t until the situation improves. He might also outline a recall plan for laid-off workers, demonstrating a willingness to bring them back if he can right the ship.
Of course, Beck will be fine, even if his media company goes down the drain. His radio show is syndicated through Premier (same group that handles Rush and other hosts), and he is paid a salary and shares profits with the syndicator. The radio deal gives him an annual salary in the low seven figures, so Beck is not in danger of being homeless or missing a meal. In fact, it’s a sure bet that he has carefully separated his personal finances from the business so he won’t be adversely impacted if The Blaze/Mercury Radio Arts goes under.
One final note: it’s interesting that Mark Levin, who did virtually no TV for many years, has launched his own pay TV venture. Haven’t signed up for the service, but it looks like Levin TV consists of an interview show and that’s it. Wisely, Levin didn’t try to create an entire network out of the box, so his costs are lower and chances of success are probably higher. Tracing the arc of Levin TV and The Blaze will be fascinating.
I have seen it all...
None of that is proof...
Sorry, but I think before you demonize a man, you have actual evidence and undeniable proof...
cruz paid carly fiorina hush money
cruz is in the pocket of Goldman Sachs
When Beck had his show on CNN and Fox it was pretty good and his analysis of how our country got into such a mess was very informative.
The Big question is what happened to Beck. He went off the rails somewhere and sadly seems to be someone who needs help.
Prove it...
He began to believe that he was some sort of Christ figure.
He said he would go to Syria and bring refugees back here himself and we all should take them in our homes. I guess he was going to fly them here with his shiny new jet and drop them off at our houses with his new $200,000 MB.
What a champ!
No problem oh omniscient one, Nothing will be proof for you :D
What a champ!
I'm not pro-Cruz or Trump. I'm anti-Hillary. That said, I think Cruz made a huge mistake aligning himself with Beck, who visioned himself as a king-maker.
It was clear to me years ago that Beck had lost his way when he hired Joel Cheatwood to run Mercury. Cheatwood is the kiss of death on everything he touches.
That Cruz didn't see this (or ignored it) is a sign of ambition over sense, willful disregard, or simple stupidity. It's not presidential to be second (or fourth) banana on a morning zoo.
Beck has a lot of explaining to do, which if his past is any indicator, will manifest itself in very peculiar ways.
>>Everyone of those charges were posted hundreds of times on this forum...
When you say “posted”, do you mean as an original post in a thread or as part of reply to a thread.
If it is the former, then you are a liar. If it is the latter, then you don’t understand the nature of the internet thread (i.e. people reply to stuff).
How does one get a loan of that magnitude if their business is struggling? You almost know darn well that there is a good chance they're going to go bankrupt......
Hush money? What else would you call a half-million dollar donation to a competitor?
He’s not just in the pocket of Goldman-Sachs - he’s an in-law.
You’re getting to be as silly as a certain since-banned Joe Paterno defender.
I have tried to hang in there with him and his Trump bashing. I figured he'd get over it when the inevitable Repub candidate surfaced. After listening to what he was putting out on the air during that last 10 min. of his show I have decided to dump him completely.
Beck’s religion should be the opposite
When does Stabby The Clown finally get taken away to a mental hospital in Canada or someplace?
