Cruz’s campaign is indeed imploding. He needs to strike a deal with Trump that if he (Cruz) bows out, and Trump goes on to win the nomination and then the election, Cruz will be Trump’s first nominee for a Supreme Court vacancy. As much as I admire Cruz, he could best serve the country as a Supreme Court justice.No. He has burned all his bridges. He will have to practice law, host a radio show like Beck, Limbaugh, and Levin, or sell religion like his father.
