I planted a variety known as "Titan Lilac." It is an upright annual that grows to about a foot or so in my garden.

Brandywine, San Marzano, Rutgers and Better Boy are our tomatoes this year. Also putting in a couple Tomatillos for salsa verde.

Haven’t seen that variety before. There’s a lot of the large variety of the blue vinca around the farm that Hubby’s mom and aunts planted years ago. Hubby killed some of it off a few years ago and I put the halts to that! I like it!

YUM!! Brandywines!! They are soooooooo tasty!!
Have you tried Brandyboys? A hybrid of Brandywines and one of the Boys. Can’t remember if it’s Big Boys or Better Boys. They retained the scrumptious Brandywine flavor but are hardier due to the “Boy” in them. I’ve grown both in the past and had a better yield with the Brandyboys.
