Nursing student robbed and beaten on Chicago 'El' train as other passengers ignore her plight

In broad daylight at 10 AM Thursday, 19 year old nursing student Jessica Hughes was attacked and beaten by a pair of muggers whose race the media do not care to mention, as other passengers on the train did not lift a finger to help her.

The only relatively safe lines are the Brown, Yellow and Purple. The Yellow Line is the Skokie Line which is a lateral that ties into the Purple Line in Evanston and meets up with the Red Line at the Howard stop which has become dangerous. The Purple and Red Lines run parallel. The Purple Line runs only during rush hour. The Red, Blue, Green and Pink Lines run through gang banger territory which means as a whitey you should only use those lines during rush hour if at all. Otherwise DO NOT USE THOSE LINES, PERIOD. On the Brown Line the two stops Kimball and Kedzie are in gang territory although pretty safe during the day.

The north branch of the Blue line starts at O’Hare International Airport and is safe until Logan Square which is gang banger territory and should be avoided anytime except rush hour. Do not take the Blue Line to The Loop unless you are very familiar with Chicago (Take a Taxi, it's easier and safer but about $40 more expensive than the train.) The Blue Line north branch is safe if you have the street smarts. That means you only get into the first car and you are familiar with the stop you exit. Most of the stops, Damen, Division Chicago and Grand and the Loop stops are safe if you know what the hell you are doing - meaning you look, act and are tough as nails. If you look like a weenie you may get more than you bargain for. And for heavens sake, keep your iPhone out of sight. Your life is worth less than the iPhone to Obama’s sons, if he had sons, and his adopted daughters from a different mother can be real monsters. The Latin Kings are not to be messed with as well. Logan Square is dead center to their territory on the Blue Line. Once you pass The Loop stops on the Blue Line, it is gang territory including the UIC (Bill Ayers’ University) stop. Oak Park (Hemingway and Frank Lloyd Wright) is the end of the line and was once very safe but is changing. Care should be taken all the time.

The south branch of the Green Line passes Midway Airport (not shown on the map). It is safe from Midway Airport to The Loop during the day and evening. China Town (Cermak) is a safe exit and once you get to The Loop. It is 95% of the time very safe.

looks like a nice necklace, but with a heavy nut or ball bearing inside, it could be a formidable self defense weapon to be worn in ...ahhh... weapons -free zones, know what I’m sayin’?

I once had a metal key fob shaped like a cat’s head; you stick your index and middle finger thru the eyes, and the sharp pointed cat ears can be poked in the eyes and face of an attacker.
The nice TSA folks at the airport divested me of it, however.

Please consider purchasing for your wife some self defense/ martial arts classes for women. The class I took is called The Dojo.

Self defense is a subject of great interest to me, having once fought off an attacker who grabbed me and tried to shove me inside as I unlocked my front door.
The police made no attempt to catch him, despite neighbors, who had responded to my screams, telling the officers he was hiding in a nearby shed.
The officers said the perp couldn’t be arrested because there was no evidence of a crime, ie, my body was intact, unbruised. The cops weren’t interested in the ax he’d dropped as he ran at me, or the lightbulb above my door he’d unscrewed. He hadn’t succeeded in killing me; so, no crime.

After the police left my house, my neighbors and I watched the perp emerge from the shed and stroll away.
This individual turned out to be a serial rapist who finally got arrested when he killed his victim by shoving a broken coke bottle into her. His prints were on the bottle; he had numerous misdemeanor priors on record.

When I was moving out of the inner city, the ferals were watching as I loaded my U-Haul in the driveway.
As I stepped back into the apartment for a moment, I heard one holler to another, “Get the CDs, foo! Get the CDs!”
And the other one inside my U-Haul responded, “Ain nuffin up in hyer but boxes of books! B**** ain got no CDs.”

You are so right; I’m shocked at how naïve people can still be after years of this crap. The nursing student just having a phone out around the Afro-gypsies was practically baiting them.

I recently visited a college in Newark NJ, and they couldn’t emphasize security enough; they must lose a lot of potential students out of concerns about it. NJ has a lot of problems, but naivety about racial issues isn’t one of them; the people living outside the cities are the ones who fled when they fell (and their children and now grandchildren), and they know the deal. NJ is liberal on just about everything but race...

OK. But at the same time we cannot allow marxists to prosecute the “helpers” in civil and criminal courts. What about the perps suing the “helper” for damages. What about collateral damage such as but not limited to shot or otherwise injured passerbys. Damage or destroyed property. How about angering the perp, who takes you out then turns on other innocent folks. They in turn sue your wife or family for damages because if you had not acted the perp would probably have left them alone. Before you dismiss these arguments consider our present perverse justice system would happily persecute the “helper” and his friends and family, and gleefully celebrate the destruction of the ‘helper's” life and the lives of the “helper's” family and friends. The marxists have destroyed the justice system to facilitate a societal breakdown so they can take over in a revolution. Don't doubt me on this. We have a bit to fix before we can defend innocents without sacrificing our own lives and the lives of our family.
