Question: If Trump painted New York red, why did Hillary and Bernie each get more votes in their primary than Trump did in the Republican primary. And both dems got more votes than all of the Republican candidates did?
New York—
Trump: 524,932
Kasich: 217,904
Cruz: 126,151
Clinton: 1,054,083
Sanders: 763,469
New York
Trump: 524,932
Kasich: 217,904
Cruz: 126,151
Clinton: 1,054,083
Sanders: 763,469”
Answer: Because NY is a closed primary with very strict rules to qualify to vote. Only Registered Republicans were allowed to vote in the Republican primary. There are far more Democrats in NY than Republicans. Trump will win the independents and Democrats in the general election.
Dishonesty makes them $$.
Well duh? did you look at the number of registered dems vs. pubs in NY?
The Independents and cross-over dems will put New York in the Trump winners column!
“Trump, and only Trump, sincerely speaks for the patriotism and love of America that is still strong in most of its citizens.”
