IVES: QUARTET #1, ALLEGROCharles Ives spent his weekdays as one of the founders of Metropolitan Life Insurance and his weekends as a composer. This is from his first quartet, which is tonal and entertaining. His second quartet was highly dissonant. Well end this weekends music on a happy note.
