These are busy and profitable times for rent-a-mobs. Just days after Black Friday protests against Walmart stores, many of the same agitators will be out again on Thursday protesting at fast-food restaurants in New York City and across the country.
Were all supposed to pretend these are organic worker uprisings against exploitative employers; in fact, theyre all bankrolled by Big Labor and its allies.
At the forefront of this perpetual protest machine is New Yorks Restaurant Opportunities Center, the union-founded worker center infamous for its protest shakedowns of nonunion restaurants.

When people start realizing that there is no such thing as a true spontaneous liberal protest, the better off we’ll all be.
Years ago during the big protest by conservatives against a Tennessee income tax, there were “supporters” of the income tax who would show up at 9 am and leave exactly at 5 pm. We all knew they were paid “supporters”.
Are there idiots all over the country waiting for the phone call to put in a day’s work? Who finances this, and has there ever been an investigation into this sub culture?

If there were more than just a handful of honest, hardworking reporters in this country, it would be a nice (and fairly easy) project for one to research and write about exactly how these “spontaneous” demonstrations are formed, who funds them, and so on. Likewise, expose the cabal of leftist lawyers (together with some helpful, preselected judges) who immediately bail them out.
I have seen Craigslist ads in Upstate NY to recruit “activists”. Traitors in my book.
It is my opinion that “rent a mob “ is going to really earn their money with an unpaid Trump MOB in the very near future. WE are not going to put up with this BS. Take your damned Mexican Flags and get the hell out of our country!!
It’s so much more easy now. Thank to social media, word gets out soon that rent a mob organizers aren’t so reliable at paying “protestors.” The first ones run fairly smooth but eventually the money runs out.
I thought engaging in conspiracy to commit a crime was itself a crime. Where are the investigations and arrests?
Now, that, was funny!
Tic Tac was the evil sponsor behind that flash mob, by the way.
I’d imagine it is lucrative temp work in the Rustbelt (where real jobs disappeared decades ago); NJ is fertile ground for these creeps as well.
Be a paid political activist in California Six week project. (California)
Just wait for Cleveland.
It’s going to make ‘68 Chicago look like a little party.
I guess this is the 21st century of the Peace Corps; these young people can sign up, travel, and at least pretend to have a positive impact.
