I should have said Corrupt Leftist leaders.
Look at our own corrupt leaders starting with Hillary Clinton.
She lost $6 billion in cash at the State Department somewhere in Afghanistan. Do you really believe that money is lost, more like stolen and washed through the Clinton Corruption Foundation.
Now take a country with limited natural resources and one party banana republic governance occupied by thousands of Hillary Clintons, wash, rinse and repeat for two centuries and it is little wonder that a large percentage of the populace is making a living picking through the garbage heaps.
