On the Friday broadcast of his radio show, Glenn Beck revealed that he has lost $500,000 campaigning with Ted Cruz , but said that has nothing to do with the recent firing of 40 of his employees.
We are making the hard choices, Beck explained. Were choosing principles over power. Were staying true to the Constitution. Thanks! I see there are some clips on Youtube...going to it check out...
There’s no hatred for Glenn Beck here, but a deep disappointment at his sense of priorities.
The obsession with the political campaign in January and February showed me how far this Glenn Beck was from the GB who did a Fox News show that was boycotted by the big corporate advertisers, the GB who brought a big crowd into Washington DC and was speaking about leaders like Martin Luther King and Gandhi and above all the GB who stood up and defended the life of Terri Schiavo.
Glenn should have been out in Oregon focusing his sights on the protest out there and working to avoid the bloodshed that he tweeted his regrets over when it did happen.
He spent $60K on George Washington’s compass.
Guess he has money to burn.
About a month ago I got a heads up from an inside industry source that Beck had blown $35m on his show, which was at the time some 100,000 subscribers under break even. His five top execs quit last year. His TX facility is the size of a Warner Bros soundstage-—massively expensive to be filming people doing live radio shows.
Stabby really is mentally ill. He desperately needs hospitalization and a good long rest. He can do us good again but he needs to get back on proper medications. He is a manic depressive.

This is the Twitter account of an ex employee of his. She was part of his NY crew.
I’ll bet he lost a lot more than that. His audience, which is leaving in droves, is a bigger loss than that.
One look at this picture and I imagined the flag getting snagged in the wheel spokes, wrapping around the axle, and pulling the flag-bearer guy over the fender to be run over by the moving car. That’s pretty representative of what’s happening to Glenn Beck these days.
She’s probably under Megyn Kelly’s house.
Yes, Glenn is capable of doing real good and has before. Sorry to say, I think he’s got some mental problems creeping in and needs some help with it. Not trying to crack the guy, I think he needs help.
It’s pretty telling that his top 5 execs quit last year. They must see the coming storm and found new jobs. It’s better to be proactive than to be notified of your layoff out of the blue via Twitter and be at square one hitting the bricks and sending out resumes.
I’d bet on it. Anybody younger and that much better looking than Megyn has gotta go! Let her do the local weather or be the fun roving recreation reporter for WAVY-TV.

Like people, who are dumbly walking in a railroad tunnel not hearing the train’s whistle coming through the tunnel and ignoring the flashing lights from the engine.
Or, the company is failing BECAUSE he fired them. I’m thinking this has a lot to do with it.
I’m personally convinced that the hand of David Barton is somehow behind Beck’s overall demise. I think Barton send him in the wrong direction on programming, whispered junk in his ear that was bad business, then got Joe Kerry released (Joe “quit”) and took his place as head of the charity wing of Mercury.
You’re probably right.
