These offshore call centers would be hilarious if the ‘advice’ they gave was not so potentially troublesome, i.e., tell them about ANY problem you can imagine on your computer and I’ll give you 50/50 odds that one of the first answers one of those Slurpee-guzzling ‘tech representatives’ comes up with is “I think you may need to reinstall Windows”.

I stopped buying HP after my experience with those Indian call places. hell I am Steve How can I help you. You then tell him the problem where he always and I mean always states "no problem " in his Indian broken English accent. Two months of me trying to get the PC fixed.
