These offshore call centers would be hilarious if the ‘advice’ they gave was not so potentially troublesome, i.e., tell them about ANY problem you can imagine on your computer and I’ll give you 50/50 odds that one of the first answers one of those Slurpee-guzzling ‘tech representatives’ comes up with is “I think you may need to reinstall Windows”.
