Someone demonstrably to the left of Cruz’s pick that you don’t like, and FAR to the left of Rubio, that makes sense. Not. A solid conservative would best for Trump. Not Chubs Christie and certainly not a liberal MA Senator that lost reelection. Henry Cabot Lodge JR., part 2? Seriously? He’s pro-choice, Brown, do you want to tear the party apart?

He has to agree with Trump on immigration. Brown is clearly better than anyone that doesn’t have a southern drawl, and im a big supporter of Jeff Sessions.

Scott Brown made John McCain look like Jesse Helms. He is in the same liberal hemisphere as Collins, Mark Kirk, and Olympia Snowe (when she was in the Senate). If Trump wants to win over disaffected Cruz voters, picking a big social liberal like Scott Brown will not do it, it will only convince social conservatives that Trump intends to betray them.
