Yes, I noticed early on that Cruz picks up that same preacher cadence and emphasis that Al Gore used, to the same effect. -PJI haven't listened to his stump speeches, but if this is typical I can see the reason behind the Trump political cartoons that have Cruz with hand raised holding a Bible, Elmer Gantry like.
