The company that syndicates his show is $20 billion in debt, and about to file for bankruptcy. I'd say he chose wrong.

Folly. You fail to recognize that there would be no sponsors if there were no audience.

Rush knows and keeps his audience; sponsors follow. If he were to Take Orders and change his show he would likely lose ratings and sponsors would no longer value his show.
