Ted Cruz campaign refuted a video purporting to show the Texas senator passing money to a Republican delegate at a campaign event.
Cruz rapid response director Brian Phillips told The Daily Caller that the man Cruz handed the money to is Bruce Redden, a Cruz campaign staffer, and that the money came from a supporter.
The video surfaced on Reddit Friday morning, and claimed to catch Cruz trying to conceal "cash under a flyer" while handing it to a man standing with his face off-screen.
"Cruz has the money, fails to slip it," the video text reads, before showing Cruz pass what appears to be a currency note to the man. The video, created by YouTube user Neil Turner, claims the man is a delegate, but does not give his name or say when or where the video was shot.
The video didn't identify the person receiving the money as a delegate. Some anonymous third party presented that narrative along with the video. The choice of whether to believe that narrative or not is yours, along with the responsibility for having made it.
I don’t know what that is.
It's what passes for "entertainment" now.
If Preibus rigged the Diebold machines against Trump, he didn’t do a very good job.
Lol...let me spell it out for you dummy, I’m not taking anything the Cruz campaign claims is true at face value and neither should any rational objective person...ymmv.
You'll need a mallet, and some sand.
I am Southern Baptist, raised that way. Let me tell you, Southern Baptist are very loosey goosey when it comes to what it accepts or allows in each affiliate congregation (for example, some can dance, some cannot.) BUT .THREE THINGS are not acceptable ANYWHERE to Southern Baptists: GAMBLING, DRINKING, and NOT TITHING:

On CNNs Republican Presidential Townhall, Republican candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) told Anderson Cooper that he drinks alcohol What is your favorite cocktail? Cooper asked Cruz. I am a scotch man, Cruz responded. CNN [PS---scotch is not a cocktail; its a distilled spirit, a member of the whiskey family.]

According to recently released tax records, the Texas senator contributed less than 1 percent of his income to charity between 2006 and 2010. But many Christians believe that the Bible commands a charitable offering, or tithe, equal to 10 percent of ones annual earnings. The Atlantic
