Not really, this is the same as the liberal side of Alaska’s political machine getting Palin out of office.
If I remember correctly.
I think she could have remained Governor till termed.
And had she run for the Senate with her full heart and head into it...Senator Palin would probably be a leader on the Senate campaign committee...but then...well, defecation happens!
