Last night while the polls were closing and the results were being announced, I was at a meet-n-greet for a Republican candidate for Colorado's U.S. Senate seat. The attendees were the usual set of local political junkies—mostly Cruz supporters who are part of the oligarchy and were defending the oligarchic Colorado non-vote to the death. I was reminded why I went Unaffiliated a year ago.
