Good! Trump wants this to go to trial. He has said he won’t settle.
No, I’m a worried conservative who is seeing the same crap I saw four years ago. Look how many people who have have posted here for YEARS have been run off by Trump supporters wearing rose-colored glasses. I have never seen this site as divided as it currently is. I’ll ask you what I asked Biggirl, did you think Romney was going to win big four years ago? And if so, what did that next Wednesday feel like?
I’ve said this before.
TU’s “course material” was basically a used $5.00 paperback on flipping houses taught at a so-called “university.” You paid anywhere from $3500 to $30,000 depending on how stupid you were. (Not you, but other people did).
TU’s own website says 98% are satisfied (BIG surprise, huh?).
Here’s how I see it. I didn’t fall for the scam. Not this one, anyway. Yeah, I once spent a few hundred on some other pyramid something-or-other and learned my lesson that money not spent on crap is money that can be spent on something better (like booze and girls). That inoculated me from being able to waste money on something called “Trump University.”
So, in retrospect, I suppose 98% of the students realized “Hey, I learned not to waste money on crap again! Thanks, TU! You’re the best!”
A few others, even after spending $30,000 on crap, STILL didn’t learn the lesson! Those are the ones suing.
My verdict, if I were in a position to decide? They owe Trump another $30,000 for not learning how not to get sheared by a scammer. Maybe the second $30,000 will drive the point home.
I say this won’t ever reach the courtroom.
Trump won’t settle, as he has an airtight case as he sees it.
I say the plaintiffs are going to throw in the towel long before they walk into a courtroom.

Trump is directly responsible for it. He advertised it as his product, promised certain things - and then didn’t deliver and just shrugged it off. That’s kind of a pattern for him.
Am I to understand that ‘all’ these people he stiffed have been holding back? When the onslaught of hate that has been directed at him for months on end, these peeps decide to hold back?

Unfortunately, they've watched TV and other shows where the presence of such has been normalized in the cast or character content far beyond any proportion of the real population, in order to convince them it is 'normal'. Nothing normal about it, but they are going to have to figure that out.
You can give them the tools, show them God's rules, and it is up to them to use them.
I’ve figured it averages about 20 to 30 percent on many shows out of all the main characters!!!!!!

Meanwhile we got hundreds of thousands of students from other universities conned into taking crap that has nothing to do with the real world, paying $100 grand to get indoctrinated into leftist ideals but they can’t sue those universities right?
