Yes. Humans have human souls, animals have animal souls, etc., and even rocks have rock souls. It's just that we're just not equipped to sense rock souls!

That would be my guess. Several people that have near death experiences talk about a beautiful light that they feel we are all a part of.
If I’m understanding correctly, the video was made when the enzymes from sperm cells were added to human egg cells - not actual sperm cells. So what is on the video is not actually conception; there is no child being created in the video.
