For the life of me, I cannot grasp how a thinking person could ever conclude that Cruz is Constitutionally eligible to be President.
Frankly, there has never been much more for me to consider though of course some of his positions were confounding in light of his ‘conservative values’ image.
I really believe that FR has resolved any doubts that I was developing regarding certain principles. That though the issue of ‘NBC’ remains still somewhat below the radar, and invisible away from here.
Somewhere in the Constitution it notes the States are INDEPENDENT, and that powers not specifically granted to the Federal Government, are left to the States.
So, I don’t care how other states do it!
I did too. I turned it off when he downplayed the very possibility of Trump winning 5 states tonight. He said it really meant nothing, there’s 10 more to go. Indiana would be important. Not these 5 today. It seems everything is so different now. I used to live for my Fox News, Wall Street journal, Rush, levin, etc., but not anymore. Trump better do as he is promising if he gets in or there’s going to be a lot of ticked off people. I just hope we can be patient and realize it will take some time to turn this country around. These guys won’t be able to wait with the I told you so. Also I get really ticked off when rush calls us trumpsters. Anyone else bothered by that?

Trump has been INCONSISTANT and CONTROVERSIAL and that's why he's gotten all the free press while others have had to pay for media coverage !

Colorado has had the caucus system since 1910, except for 1992-2002.
The Straw Polls taken at caucus had ALWAYS been unbinding beauty contests.

In 2015, long after it was possible to revert to a Primary system, the National GOP announced that IF a state held a straw poll, it WOULD be binding.
This had NOTHING to do with Trump!
Colorado recognized that previous Straw Polls had us selecting candidates who had left the race in 2004 and 2008.
Now that the Straw Poll was to be binding, that would have left Colorado with a meaningless result, going into the Primary.
Thus, we elected not to hold a Straw Poll.
Again, this had NOTHING to do with Trump.
I have a hypothetical question. Suppose there is a state in which Trump has forty-four percent support, Cruz has thirty-four percent, and Kasich has the rest. The slate of delegates chosen is one-hundred percent for Cruz, and under this state’s rules, will vote entirely for Cruz on the first ballot.
Do you support this?
Other than the straw poll would have reflected the populace and likely have been a Trump victory as recent polls indicate.
Not only is he NOT a conservative, he is ONLY "consistent" in lying, flip flopping, and blaming others.
Instead of reality, you only see what you have determined is "real", but is only a talking point lie.
I judge politicians by ACTIONS
and not by rhetoric !

In Florida, Trump won 40% of the vote, but received 49% of the delegates.

Everything Cruz did in the $inate.. and every conservative position
he took.. was all a big act b/c he was lying in wait to run for Potus.

He swore to Texans he would represent them and be their voce in Congress.....they elected him.
A short 10 months later he abandoned Texans and jump-started his long-help plans to run for president.
