Good for Judge Thomas Schroeder and North Carolina, common sense prevails at least for now.

Would “The Hill” have noted that Clinton/Obama appointed the judge had it been the case, and had the judge gone the other way?

The sweeping barriers imposed by this law undermine voter participation and have an overwhelmingly discriminatory impact on African-Americans. How?

The Supreme Court expressly upheld voter ID laws back in 2008. If I recall it was a 6/3 decision.
Of course “settled law” does not apply to liberals.

Well at least the GOP can probably hold NC this election then. We need tough voter ID laws in WI, PA and OH now. Democrat vote fraud has been rampant in Milwaukee, Philadelphia and Cleveland the past 2 elections.

Only judges appointed by Democrats are allowed to issue definitive rulings on this subject.

Why the heck does it take nearly 500 pages to write, “No”?? Getting too wordy opens his opinion up for appeals.

One liberal court to overturn. Then a tied supreme court and voter fraud is inculcated forever in the republic. They are so close. So close. Still think Scalia was natural causes. I don’t anymore.

485 page ruling? How in the world does it possibly take a ruling as large as a mid-size novel to adjudicate common sense?
Anyway, great news. Maybe he has ironclad case law in the 485 pages that will help other states.
