The marriage of political convenience between Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) was tested less than 12 hours into the honeymoon, as Kasich told reporters that he still wanted votes from his supporters in Indiana.
"Ive never told 'em not to vote for me," Kasich told reporters at a campaign stop in Philadelphia. "They ought to vote for me. But I'm not over there campaigning and spending resources."
I voted in the Alabama primary for Cruz.
It was a struggle for me to decide but I thought Cruz was the safer choice. I have since regretted it. The safe choice isn’t staying to course with establishment politicians.
One of the most important things facing this nation is our economy. We cannot stay the course that big business, Wall Street, and the political establishment has set for us. They’ve got us on a path to destruction.
What a dumb*ss. What’s the point of the whole thing if you’re still going to tell Kasich supporters in IN to vote for Kasich? Unless they vote for Cruz, it’s a complete waste of time.
Awesome! Go Trump!!
Down with GOPe!
Down with GOPe!
Down with GOPe!
“Trump is bringing friend Bobby Knight here to campaign.”
Lol, Bobby(sling a chair across the court) Knight’s persona will fit right in with Trump.
Organizing Republican politicians is about as successful as herding cats.
That’s rich
“I voted in Indiana today for Trump.”
Excellent.
Kasich is retarded.
Sounds to me like Kasich’s campaign staff went beyond their authority in this agreement. It was probably supposed to be a secret deal about where they would spend money. Likely Kasich and Cruz are running out of funds. I have heard reports that the #nevertrump donors are unhappy with the lack of results and may be cutting their losses.
Kasich and Cruz and their PAC boosters are carpet bombing the tv stations here in Indiana this week. I read it’s a windfall for the tv folks. They get to dump low revenue “contingent” adverts and substitute high revenue political ads.
LOL!
And there’s also GUCK: GOPe United for Cruz and Kasich
Kasich and Cruz are !ike a bad comedy act.
I’m voting on May 3rd for Trump too at the middle school, as usual. I walk my dog past the school to the river just about every day. And I’ll walk on my knees May 3rd if I have to.
Our primary is so late that in 2008 the GOP had already settled on designated loser Juan McCain and in 2012, designated loser Mittens Romney; in 2014 I wasted my vote by voting GOP straight-ticket.
For once my vote may count. (Unless Cruz steals it.)
And before you come up with the usual glib Cruz invective, “Trump appeals to uneducated voters,” I was educated post-graduate to the point that I was eating the covers off my textbooks.
You are the one being conned, xjcsa, by the GOP-e and the latest designated looser—ineligible, lying “Ted” Cruz and his new pal `Crazy John’ Kasich.
Everyone else seems to understand this ineluctable truth in late April, but you and others here insist on live action role playing-out the movie “Downfall.”
Uniparty doesn’t give a damn about you. All Cruz, his dark-rooted Goldman-Sachs partner (on political leave), and his RNC pals want to do is throw up a contested convention, get their designated loser in place and throw this election to Hillary Clinton.
Wake up and finally smell the coffee tomorrow evening.
These two guys are not going to like what history says about them.
Camp Cruzich
Someone did a montage on twitter of about 10 different times he is eating,,and notice he is talking while he’s chewing.
“Lol, Bobby(sling a chair across the court) Knights persona will fit right in with Trump.”
Yep, they’re both winners!
Bobby Knight is loved in Indiana.
