Ted Cruz is a coward.
He's other things — a GOP presidential candidate, a senator from Texas, possibly the Zodiac Killer (Google it) — but most of all, and most unquestionably, he's a coward.
A coward mocks what he doesn't understand. A coward seeks political gain by maligning others. A coward talks about North Carolina's controversial bathroom law, which requires transgender people to use the restroom that matches the gender on their birth certificate, by saying this at a Sunday campaign event: "If Donald Trump dresses up as Hillary Clinton, he still can't go to the girl's bathroom."
Hah! The crowd laughed and thought it was a stitch because, naturally, all transgender women look like Trump in a pantsuit, right?
Wrong.
Not just wrong, but offensive. And not just offensive to transgender people, offensive to any American who thinks denigrating transgender people is repellent...

However, it is inoffensive to any man who thinks a fully grown biological male should not be in the ladies’ room with his wife, girlfriend or daughter.
I consider this an endorsement.
How utterly insulting to real woman too, to imply being one entails nothing more than putting a dress and some makeup, and demanding everyone cater to your delusion and refer to you as "she" and "her", lest you be labeled a bigot on Tumblr and other Internet cesspools.
Transgender people clearly have problems.
1. Either they have a mental problem.
2. Or they have sever emotional and self identity problems (which is very similar to number 1.
3. Or they simply want to deny their own reality (see one and two).
4. and some percentage of them are sexual deviants that cannot and should not be trusted around children.
The only way for transgender bathrooms to work IMHO is to make all of them single, locked stalls with walls from the floor to at least 6ft up, and possible to the ceiling.
IOW, all private bathrooms.
Otherwise...no. Not where any of my granddaughters have to go to the restroom.
But it is to be expected when the mentally ill demand that the rest of society grant special rights for their mental illness.

The author appears to be a liberal hack, openly against both Trump and Cruz. The title of his screed from last week was, “Let’s help Trump supporters find friends”:

Guess what? Gays, lesbians, transgenders, and all sorts of other perverts have been using bathroom for centuries. The "single-issue-toilet voter" is a canard and wedge issue that the leftists have been able to use to confirm their opinion that we're all haters, bigots, and homophobes. I'm not falling for the trap. GO TRUMP! Cruz can go back to his call-girls.
Ted Cruz is the Zodiac Killer. He was born in late 1970. How could he have committed murder in 1968, 1969, and early 1970?
Because they have snuck in for years or not does not mean we need to give them the legal privilege. We are fools to do that.
