That came from TPTB at the GA state health department in order to create a "reason" to end his short duration as an employee.

But I wont draw a conclusion because the article doesnt provide enough information on the issue imo. And I wouldnt be surprised if we got conflicting testimonies about what actually happened if we had the opportunity to ask questions of the people involved.
