yes, I often am embarrassed as I am a pick er up pizza eater and often I am out with several others and am eating away and look up to note that there are all the others with knives and forks

There you go. Trump does have $200+ shirts and ties, I would suspect. Mr. Frumpy (Kasich) probably not so much. That said, people should eat pizza whatever works best for them.
I have never even considered eating pizza with a fork.
