Molosser “Pit-Bull-TYPE” dogs kill one American approximately every fourteen days. The last one was March 31. I’ve been holding my breath for a week. Boiled down, you are correct. The pit bull type comprises around 6% of the dogs in the US, but commits between 66 and 80% of the fatal attacks of humans, and a bigger proportion of the pet and livestock deaths.
