Hillary’s remarks in Hartford, CT were ironic.

This is the second poorest city in the country (per capital income) where murder is commonplace—and almost all murders are committed with illegal firearms—and in a state with one of the toughest firearms laws in the country.

I dare her to walk down the streets in North Hartford unescorted at night and watch what happens next.

If she is not carrying she will wish she was.
