The link is not up yet, but a few minutes ago Trump was interviewed by Sean Hannity who asked him to clarify his remarks about the NC transgender law. Trump basically said NC is feeling the pinch of a boycott and that's too bad. Hannity asked him how he thought the issue should be settled. Trump said it was a local issue and the Federal courts should never get involved. That's all he said about it. Hannity didn't ask him did he personally think drag queens should be allowed in whatever bathroom they want to use. But I did hear a spokesman for Trump say today in the Matt Lauer interview he was referring to someone who has went to court and had their sex changed on legal documents, as in after they have a sex change. I would suspect Trump will clarify what he meant in the NBC interview in a statement. When the Hannity interview is available I'll post it.

Sorry to burst your bubble but people have been hearing more about Prince today than this stupid transgender issue. I for one didn't agree with what Trump said earlier, but I feel more comfortable now that he's better explained it. If Ted Cruz thinks this is the issue that all Republicans are basing their vote on, he should think again - if he ever does that (think).

Hey, We saw the FULL section he did not say what you and Cruz are saying. He was on the economic problems lack of other problems and logic with the legal environment for business. A nothing Burger. Smart people will do their due diligence and not buy the sound bites.

Well said. When people vote, Trump wins more often than not. When they're suppressed in situations like caucuses and almost-impossible-to-understand situations like Colorado and Wyoming, Cruz wins delegates. So it's the big winner of the people's vote or the sleazy smoke-filled back rooms where Cruz does his 'business'.

Well... It sounded to me like #neverhannity and Cruz were at odds. Tonight it sounded like #neverhannity coached King Trumyp through the thing so that he tried to walk back what King Trumpy said earlier today.
